Inline Roller Hockey: Qualifying For 2009

The 2008 Men World Inline Roller Hockey Championships, to be held in Dusseldorf, Germany, from 5 to 12 July, will be the official qualifier for the selection of the five (5) top placing national teams eligible to compete in The World Games 2009 Kaohsiung. The sixth team participating in The World Games will be that of Chinese Taipei, a concession to it representing the host country of the multi-sport games.

The announcement was made today, 21 February, by George Pickard, President of the Inline Hockey Committee of the International Roller Sports Federation (FIRS).
