IWGA was represented by President Ron Froehlich, Secretary General Co Koren, Manager Patsy Dew, Sports Director Joachim Gossow, and Treasurer Lukas Hinder. International Olympic Committee (IOC) member C.K. Wu, the IOC Liaison to The World Games, also attended the meeting on the second day, after flying in directly from Madrid, Spain.
