The 2010 ISU Congress revised General Regulation Rule 131 covering the forms required to be used by a Member to enter a competitor or Official in an ISU Event thus cancelling and replacing ISU Communication No. 1523 by ISU Communication No. 1628.
According to the Rule, each competitor, Official and Member must sign a Declaration form confirming familiarity with and acceptance of the ISU Statutes governing participation in ISU Events and activities. For further details see below:
