Only Visa and MasterCard can be accepted. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Your credit card is debited for the amount due in US dollars through the credit card merchant account of the International World Games Association in the United States of America. The quotes in UK pounds serve only for reference and reflect the exchange rates on February 20, 2006.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will notify you by e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

Delivery Rates

All orders are shipped EXPEDITED through MailBoxesEtc. and UPS from Girona, Spain, with a pro-forma invoice enclosed in the shipment. Delivery should take no longer than two weeks anywhere in the world. The rates in US dollars apply, the rates in UK pounds are given for reference only!

Returns/Refunds

All DVDs have undergone a throrough check and are properly packaged for shipping. Should you still receive a defective or damaged copy, you must contact the International World Games Association Headquarters by e-mail (info@worldgames-iwga.org) immediately. You will then be asked to return the copy to the sender (MailBoxesEtc. Girona, Spain, with the charges to the IWGA's account) before the replacement is shipped to you. Returns for a refund are not accepted.
