Biggest influence on your career: Getting into the England squad in 2004. Seeing other girls in my club succeed made me want to be as good as them

Toughest opponent: Anyone ranked above me because they are always improving

Biggest disappointment: Not being able to go to Croatia with the England squad in 2005

Favourite venue and why: Any pool that isn't cold!

Tips to relax: Be on your own. Turn your phone off as well as the T.V or radio, lay in bed with a teddy and sleep!

Ultimate ambition: To compete in the 2012 Olympics
