Biggest disappointment: Not being selected to go to Croatia with the England squad in 2005

Favourite venue and why: Walsall pool because I have done a lot of competitions there so I feel more relaxed.

Tips to relax: Listen to music you like as well as controlled breathing

Education: I'm in sixth form doing an AS level in Physics, and A2's in maths, further maths and technology

Family: My mum and dad are called Liz and Mike. I also have a sister called Emma and a brother called Paul

Ultimate ambition: To go to the Olympics in 2012

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Having a degree in Engineering, in a job I really enjoy and coaching synchro at club level
